My classses are suitable for young, old, fit and unfit and are for all shapes and sizes. Don’t worry about not fitting in or how unfit you are, also no need to worry about how silly you look. My age group ranges from 16 to over 60’s. We are all friendly, supportive and encouraging. The atmosphere is great with lots of fun. Routines and exercises can be done at either beginner, intermediate or advance level.
My classes are never the same therefore always challenging, it will keep your body guessing so that you progress and get results.
Wear something cool and comfortable and you will need a pair of trainers. Water, small hand weights, dynabands, mats and even fruit will be available for you to use at the class. You just get to turn up and join the fun. We have small incentive gifts that are presented in the class too when you attract my attention by working particularly hard!

Keep Fit and ToningMonday and Wednesday 7 - 8 pmThis class can be taken at low, medium or high level. It is safe for pregnant woman and people who are overweight, also ideal for those who have not been exercising for years and feel quite unfit. You can use small hand weights, which I provide, to help tone and shape your body. You will learn to listen to your body, work at your own pace and be alert to any signs of over exertion. Over a period of time, the exercises and movements will improve your balance posture, co-ordination and rhythmic ability, in addition to your stamina, strength and suppleness. We will work tums helping to remove excess weight around the mid section and to tone tummy muscles. We will work arms, shoulders and chest as almost 90% of women are concerned about their upper arms, small weights will help these areas. We will also blitz bums, thighs and legs to full potential... using small balls for abdominal crunches works your muscles 400% more effectively than standard tummy exercises and likewise with other problem areas.
