My classes are anything but dull and I am sure you will look forward to coming once you begin. Why not start coming with a friend? You can then motivate each other and help each other reach your goals. Why not start with one class per week and build up from there. Many of my class members have done that very thing and now attend 4 classes a week. Set yourself realistic goals and try to work towards them.
